Customer requirements:
A certain smart wearable brand manufacturer encountered a difficult problem in developing a new full curved screen watch: traditional CNC machining not only has low efficiency when facing irregular cutting of 2mm glass, but also has edge breakage problems, resulting in a yield rate of less than 60%, seriously affecting the new product launch plan.
